Welcome to The Paddocks

We provide a residential transitions service for young adults (18-25) who have complex care needs, including behaviours that challenge and a learning disability, often in association with autism.

In the rural village of Wadworth approximately five miles south of Doncaster, The Paddocks is situated in a beautiful 14-acre site and accommodation comprises four modern, spacious houses furnished and decorated to the highest standards. We offer specialist residential accommodation and support to young adults engaged in our college learning programmes.

At The Paddocks our mission is to enhance the lives of the people we support by focusing on their individual needs, strengths and aspirations. We aim to enable each person to maximise their potential and achieve a progressively more independent and better quality of life; supporting people to get to a place where they have greater choice and control in their lives.

Moving to a new home should be an exciting and positive experience. But before moving in, we need to be as certain as possible that The Paddocks will be a good choice for a person and the best place for them to live. Enquiries, formal or informal, from families and placing authorities that fund placements are always welcome. You can find out more about our referrals and moving in process here.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspects The Paddocks as part of the adult services registered under Hesley Group. Copies of our inspection reports are available via CQC at www.cqc.org.uk. Alternatively, please contact us on our Freephone number 0800 0556789 for a copy to be posted to you.

The mission statement and values of Hesley Group are embedded within the service we provide at The Paddocks.
