Accommodation options at Mercury College
Mercury College’s associated residential homes and supported living services form part of the wider integrated learning and living offer.
These services support young people with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs who require calm, structured and clinically informed environments alongside their education.
Support is delivered through The H.E.S.L.E.Y. Integrated Model, with consultant-led clinical leadership, Positive Behaviour Support, multidisciplinary working and environments adapted to individual sensory and communication needs. This integrated approach helps young people experience stability, safety, access to learning and preparation for adulthood.
Specialist Residential Homes
The Limes and The Paddocks provide specialist residential transition support for young people aged 18 to 25. The Limes sits next door to Mercury College, right in the heart of its community, and The Paddocks in the rural village of Wadworth situated in a beautiful 14- acre site. Both homes offer specialist accommodation and personalised support for students taking part in Mercury College learning programmes.
Specialist Supported Living
hcs Specialist Supported Living offers a range of accommodation in partnership with social landlords, enabling us to provide personalised supported living to Mercury College students.
The Limes, The Paddocks and hcs Specialist Supported Living services are all registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) – inspection reports are available via the CQC website at www.cqc.org.uk
