Welcome to The Limes
A residential transitions service supporting young people aged 18 to 25. Many of the people we support are autistic and may also experience communication differences, sensory processing differences, emotional wellbeing needs and behaviours that challenge.
 
 
In the heart of its community, The Limes is situated in Denaby, Doncaster. We offer specialist residential accommodation and support to young people engaged in our college learning programmes.
At The Limes our mission is to enhance the lives of the people we support by focusing on their individual needs, strengths and aspirations. We aim to enable each young person to maximise their potential and progressively achieve more independence and a better quality of life; we guide young people to a place where they have greater choice and control in their lives.
Support is delivered through an integrated, consultant-led model focused on quality of life, wellbeing and meaningful progress. We call this The H.E.S.L.E.Y. Integrated Model.
Moving to a new home is a significant step. We take time to understand each young person’s needs, strengths, aspirations and preferences so that we can make sure The Limes is the right environment for them. You can find out more about our referrals and moving in process here.
