Our Quality Accounts 2024/25

At Mercury College quality is not just a standard it’s a promise. Hesley Group’s Quality Accounts 2024/25 reflect our unwavering commitment to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred support for people with specialist intensive support needs.

Offering a clear and honest reflection of how we define, measure, and improve quality across our services, it explores the ways we:

  • ensure safety and dignity
  • how we use data and feedback to drive meaningful change
  • how we work in partnership with families, professionals, and commissioners to deliver outcomes that truly matter.

Our Quality Accounts 2024/25 provides an insight into the systems and values that underpin our approach – from safeguarding and colleague development to the lived experiences of the people we support. It also set out our priorities for the year ahead, shaped by evidence, collaboration, and a shared ambition to do better every day. It captures how we are learning, adapting, and evolving to ensure that every individual we support can live a life of value, purpose, and possibility.
