We Are Officially Outstanding!

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Specialist Supported Living service, built around an education-led transitional care model, has been rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Our unique approach combines education at Mercury College, skills development, and personalised support, helping people transition towards greater independence in a safe and supportive environment. We are also expanding our Supported Living offering as both a natural pathway from our residential services and a direct route for those not accessing Mercury College, ensuring more people can benefit from this specialist support.

Inspectors highlighted that:

✔️ “People were at the heart of the service. Staff truly cared about supporting people to lead fulfilled lives.”

✔️ “The service went above and beyond to create bespoke, person-centred support.”

✔️ “People were supported by a consistent team who knew them exceptionally well and respected their individuality.”

The CQC also praised our leadership, saying:

“Leadership was inspirational and motivated staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.”
