Whether it’s the next step into adult community living, a transition from residential care or support to access college, hcs Specialist Supported Living can help. Situated in Doncaster, we offer a flexible range of accommodation in partnership with social landlords. Many people we support are autistic and may also experience communication differences, sensory processing differences, emotional wellbeing needs and behaviours that challenge.
At hcs Specialist Supported Living we want the people we support to access everyday opportunities, develop lifelong skills and build positive relationships with the people around them. We provide specialist supported living in a safe, calm and well-planned environment.
Support is delivered through an integrated, consultant-led model focused on quality of life, wellbeing and meaningful progress. We call this The H.E.S.L.E.Y. Integrated Model.
Moving to a new home is a significant step. We take time to understand each person’s needs, strengths, aspirations and preferences so that we can make sure hcs Specialist Supported Living is the right environment for them. hcs Specialist Supported Living is registered as a supported living care provider, meaning we can provide personal care in people’s own homes.
We are incredibly proud to be rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who regulate care provision in England. This Outstanding rating is testament to the commitment and compassion of our Supported Living team. Every day they demonstrate what it means to put people first, enabling those we support to lead meaningful lives where they feel valued, safe, and empowered.
