The report highlighted the exceptional understanding our team has of the diverse health and care needs of the people we support and their local communities.
Inspectors praised our commitment to joined-up, flexible care that prioritises choice, continuity, and independence. People are fully involved in shaping their future, with a strong focus on achieving their goals and developing life skills. One relative shared, “There has been lots of communication with the home and professionals. Staff always keep us updated.”
The inspection also recognised the positive connections we have built within the local community. By working with youth groups and colleges, we create meaningful opportunities that help people gain skills and confidence. Staff even learn alongside people at college, ensuring new skills can be supported at home. One person simply said, “I love it here.”
