Welcome to Meadow View
We provide specialist residential support and tailored care for people with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs. Many people we support are autistic and may also experience communication differences, sensory processing differences, emotional wellbeing needs and behaviours that challenge.

Meadow View is situated in open countryside about two miles from the South Yorkshire villages of Tickhill and Rossington. We provide a range of single-person and shared accommodation to meet the needs of each person we support.
At Meadow View, our mission is to enhance the lives of the people we support by focusing on their individual needs, strengths and aspirations. We aim to enable each person to maximise their potential and progressively achieve more independence and a better quality of life; we guide people to a place where they have greater choice and control in their lives.
Support is delivered through an integrated, consultant-led model focused on quality of life, wellbeing and meaningful progress. We call this The H.E.S.L.E.Y. Integrated Model.
Moving to a new home is a significant step. We take time to understand each person’s needs, strengths, aspirations and preferences so that we can make sure Meadow View is the right environment for them. Enquiries from families and from placing authorities are always welcome. You can find out more about our referrals and moving in process here.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspects Meadow View as part of the adult services registered under Hesley Group. Copies of our inspection reports are available via CQC at www.cqc.org.uk. Alternatively, please contact us on our Freephone number 0800 055 6789 for a copy to be posted to you.
The Mission Statement and Values of Hesley Group are embedded within the service we provide at Meadow View.
