Specialist residential and supported living services

Hesley Group supports people with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs. Many people we support are autistic and may also experience communication  differences, sensory processing differences, emotional wellbeing needs, behaviours that challenge, and a history of disrupted placements.

Our services support people who require structured, capable and clinically informed environments.

Support is delivered through the H.E.S.L.E.Y. Integrated Model, ensuring:

  • consultant-led clinical leadership
  • integrated multidisciplinary working
  • Positive Behaviour Support
  • environments adapted to individual sensory and communication needs

This integrated approach helps people experience stability, safety and meaningful progress.

Support focuses on improving:

  • emotional wellbeing
  • communication and understanding
  • independence and life skills
  • stability and quality of life
