Support worker roles

You’ll support people with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs to live fulfilling and as independent lives as possible. Each day, you’ll support their physical, emotional and social needs, recognising that everyone is different. This may include support with washing, personal hygiene, dressing, meals and day-to-day activities.

Clinical Roles

Our Clinical Team offers expert, compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs. Many we assist are autistic and may face communication and sensory processing challenges, emotional wellbeing issues, and a history of unstable placements. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or new to care, you’ll be part of a team where your skills truly matter. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, empower independence, and help every individual we support to live with dignity, choice, and confidence.
