Our Campuses at Mercury College
Mercury College provides specialist education and support in environments designed to help students feel safe, engaged and able to learn.
Our campuses provide calm, supportive and accessible environments where students can learn, develop skills and take part in a wide range of activities.
Located in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, the college campuses are each in very different surroundings. One is set on the outskirts of a rural village, whilst the other is in the heart of a community. Ambitious plans to develop a third campus are underway this academic year.
The curriculum offer at each campus takes full advantage of what their very different surrounding areas have to offer. Mercury College opens up a range of community learning opportunities for all of its students. We have a range of different learning environments, classrooms and well-equipped learning spaces to complement the wide variety of available activities and to create positive learning opportunities.
Within our main campus grounds and community hub, Juno, we have a training kitchen, sports hall, sensory rooms, workshops, tutor group and 1-1 tutor rooms, a pottery workshop and an ICT suite.
At our second campus, Flora, we have an extensive outdoor learning area, encompassing a horticulture area, willow coppicing, and a woodland area. We also have some of our vocational workshops based here including joinery, up-cycling and craft.
