We are focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for all those who use our services and also understand that the important people in their lives often need to hear about others' experiences of a service, to help them make what can be a very difficult decision. We feel that sharing people's positive stories can be a valuable form of reassurance.

Our individual services employ a variety of measures, both formal and informal, to assess progress and outcomes across a number of areas relevant to that service and those supported within it. As a forward-thinking and innovative company we are always looking to implement new systems that will provide people with the best possible outcomes including the recording, reviewing and reporting of their progress.

While we seek to support those in our care to achieve to their maximum potential, we also recognise that the outcomes sought by other key parties, including family and commissioners, must be fully understood and addressed. These can include their need to get value for money.
