Wilsic Hall School is a specialist residential school, offering flexible education and care for up to 52 weeks per year, for young people aged 11 to 19. All of our young people have complex needs including behaviour that may challenge and a learning disability, often in association with autism.

Based in a beautiful rural setting, with ready community access, the young people at Wilsic Hall School live in high-quality accommodation within the 14 acres of school grounds. We offer a range of homely flats, semi-detached and detached houses where young people have their own space to relax and have fun.

We are looking to appoint a Domestic Assistant for 25 hours per week within Wilsic Hall School. You will work as part of a team to provide a safe, clean environment and the provision of quality services.  The role involves various tasks that are essential to making the departments within Wilsic Hall School efficient and happy places to live and work.

You will be responsible for cleaning all items in the areas allocated to you by your line manager whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. It is important that you are able to use all the materials in a safe way and ensuring that they are stored away correctly.

Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role, though this isn’t necessarily required as full training will be provided.  You must be reliable and have good communication skills but most importantly have a passion for delivering a great service.

You will be joining a team whose focus is to provide support of the highest quality, safeguard and promote the needs of the people we support and you will be joining a company who values its employees.

If you are a patient, caring and understanding individual, working with The Hesley Group will prove to be a fulfilling and rewarding career.
