Wilsic Hall School is a specialist residential school, offering education and care for up to 52 weeks per year, for young people aged 11 to 19. All of our young people have complex needs including behaviour that may challenge and a learning disability, often in association with autism.

Based in a beautiful rural setting, with ready community access, the young people at Wilsic Hall School live in high-quality accommodation within the 14 acres of grounds. We offer a range of homely flats, semi-detached and detached houses where young people have their own space to relax and have fun.

You will be working closely with the Care Services Manager within Wilsic Hall School.  As a key player in the management team of Wilsic Hall School, this role requires a proactive individual to contribute to the effective day to day operational management of the service in your area and its resources. This will include the line management of a team of care and vocational professionals and the responsibility for quality assurance and legislative compliance. 

It is essential that you have relevant and recent experience, preferably with our specific client group.  You will need to bring enthusiasm and passion to the role together with outstanding leadership and communication skills.  You will also have experience working with and knowledge of National Care Standards. 

It is a pre-requisite that you will hold relevant Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma qualifications and it is preferable you have ILM level 4 Management Award (or equivalent)”.
