King Street at Thorne, led by General Manager Dawn Davis and her dedicated team, provides flexible, specialist residential care for adults with autism, who have a learning disability and complex needs including behaviour which may challenge.

Within King Street we are now looking to appoint a Part Time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work 24 hours per week.  You will be responsible for handling telephone calls and performing receptionist duties.  You will provide general office support for all managers and departments based at this location.  This is an important role as there is heavy reliance upon the numerous tasks that need doing on a day to day basis being done reliably and competently.

It is essential that you communicate well with a wide range of people, you can organise your own time to deal with a number of tasks effectively and produce good quality work.  You must have the ability to deal with new or difficult situations.  You should be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), be able to type quickly and accurately and also be able to use office equipment and maintain files.
