Acting Team Manager at King Street

Salary: £24,402 per annum

  • Maternity Cover until 15 March 2020
  • 39 hours per week (Rolling Rota of 2 late, 2 early, 2 off)

King Street, led by General Manager Fiona Birkett and her dedicated team, provides specialist residential care for adults with autism, who have a learning disability and complex needs including behaviour which may challenge.

We are now looking to appoint an Acting Team Manager for King Street for Maternity Cover until 15th March 2020.  You will ensure all aspects of team management are successfully covered, including supervising, developing and motivating the team to ensure the people we support receive the highest standard of care and opportunity.

You will have previous experience of managing a team within a Learning Disabilities environment. 

A Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential and ideally you will hold additional relevant qualifications. Leadership and communication skills are vital to the role.
