At Hesley Group we can give you that. We are looking for engaging and positive Support Workers to join our adult care service at Hesley Village located in Tickhill, Doncaster. Hesley Village is a specialist residential service providing high standards of accommodation, personal care and support for adults aged 18 years and over all of whom have a learning disability, often together with autism and complex needs including behaviour that may challenge.
Not only will you be supporting our people to live as independently as possible in their own homes and in the community but you will be involved in fun activities such as day trips out to the seaside and visits to see the latest films at the cinema. You will create memories with the people you support.
You don't need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values. As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. Our excellent training team will support you to become a qualified Support Worker, which could see you on your journey to a career in care.
Not only does your role as a Support Worker provide you with variety day in day out, but we do try to make your day as easy as possible, with a fixed rota and a direct bus to Hesley Village from Doncaster Town Centre.

Hours of work - Full time average of 36 hours per week (part-time hours may also be available)
Weekdays: Earlies 07:30 – 14:45, Lates 13:45 – 22:00
Weekends: Earlies 07:30 – 13:45, Lates 13:15 – 22:00
