£18,208 per annum
• 30 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
• Hours - Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm
is set in beautiful surroundings near the village of Tickhill. Doncaster town centre is easily accessed by the bus that stops in the Hesley Village car park. There is a range of purpose-built areas to enable a wide variety of activities. Excellent facilities are available within the village to complement and enrich the lives of the people we support including a bistro, cinema, shop, bank/post office, therapy suite, hairdressers, bar and village hall.
Within Hesley Village we are now looking to appoint a Property Caretaker. The role is primarily about helping to maintain a clean, safe, functional and yet homely, friendly and pleasant environment in which people can live and work. The role involves a range of duties that are essential in maintaining and developing the premises, working alongside numerous staff from other departments who may need help in creating the right environment.
It is essential that you have knowledge of general health and safety requirements in the workplace as well as knowledge of basic DIY tasks related to joinery, electrical fittings and plumbing. You will also have experience carrying out maintenance tasks to a good standard and maintaining heating and hot water systems.
