Established in 1975, the Hesley Group provides flexible, specialist residential services and schools. We aim to offer the best possible care, education and vocational opportunities for young people and adults, often with autism, who have a learning disability and complex needs including behaviour that may challenge.  

Fullerton House School is a specialist residential school, offering flexible education and care for up to 52 weeks per year, for young people aged 8 to 19. All of our young people have complex needs including behaviour that may challenge and a learning disability, often in association with autism.

At Fullerton House School, young people live in the heart of the community, in an urban setting with facilities including a local sports centre with swimming pool, supermarket, outdoor market, shops, playgrounds, cafés, restaurants and large open spaces for outdoor activities.

We are now looking to appoint a Receptionist at Fullerton House School. You will be responsible for handling telephone calls and performing receptionist duties.  You will provide general office support for all managers and departments based at this location.  This is an important role as there is heavy reliance upon the numerous tasks that need doing on a day to day basis being done reliably and competently. 

It is essential that you communicate well with a wide range of people, you can organise your own time to deal with a number of tasks effectively and produce good quality work.  You must have the ability to deal with new or difficult situations.  You should be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), be able to type quickly and accurately and also be able to use office equipment and maintain files.
