The Quality Team develops policy and guides on best practice; and audits compliance with national standards and regulations, health and safety legislation and directives and all key guidance in respect of keeping people safe. The team consults with people using services and their relatives and other representatives.
Our Quality Governance Committee oversees all Hesley Group services and has an independent Chair and two independent persons to advise and take an impartial view on the progress and achievement of our services. They hold the senior management of the organisation to account.
