Behaviour Therapist at Fullerton House School

I have over 15 years of experience working within the field of autism and developmental disabilities. Initially working with adults with autism whose behaviour may be described as challenging. I developed a keen interest in positive behaviour support completing a Diploma in Positive Behaviour Support in 2008 and a BSc Honours in intellectual and developmental delay in 2009.

Initially I developed my skills in applied behaviour analysis working as a tutor on early intervention programmes. I joined the therapeutic team at Hesley in September 2011 as a trainee behaviour therapist becoming a board certified assistant behaviour analyst in January 2013 and more recently gaining a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2017.

I enjoy spending time with my German Shepherd dogs using force free positive training methods to develop skills in obedience, agility and performing tricks with an aim of them becoming pets as therapy dogs.
