Before starting my current role within the Hesley Group in July 2016, I began working within the field of Behaviour Analysis (ABA) whilst working as an ABA Tutor to a child with autism alongside studying my degree in Psychology. It is since then that I became very interested in the use of ABA and the ways in which it can enrich and enhance the lives of people with complex needs.

Since graduating I went on to support children, teenagers and adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within a wide range of settings including schools, within the home, vocational settings and wider community settings, utilising the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support. Having developed a real interest in the field, I began studying a MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis part-time in October 2014.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and going to live music events and festivals.  I am extremely passionate about delivering an evidence based, person centred service to all of the people that we support, and plan to progress my career towards becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
