Claire's StoryCLAIRE’S STORY
When Claire first came to Fullerton House School she was an aggressive and destructive 13 year old, with some of the most severely challenging behaviour we’ve seen. She needed a range of therapeutic and support services, a safe environment and she needed a team to deliver all this. So that’s what we gave her.
Her multi-skilled team gave her the support, consistency and confidence she needed. And today, Claire enjoys a level of independence unthinkable when she first moved to live with us. She regularly meets up with her friends and works three days a week at our hairdressers.
The consistent support she received from her team has helped her move from children’s services to adult services. She’s now planning to move to a supported living setting. And yes, she’s already invited her team round for dinner.
