Low Laithes Village

Low Laithes Village is on the site of an old dairy farm that has been renovated and developed into a range of purpose-built facilities. Set in rolling countryside, it is close to Wombwell village and Barnsley town centre. Residents can also enjoy cycle rides along the easily accessible Trans Pennine Trail.

The Village has a range of purpose-built workshops and spaces to accommodate a wide variety of activities. These on-site facilities complement and enrich the lives of residents.

Accommodation is situated on-site and comprises of fully self-contained flats. Residents are encouraged to personalise their apartments to create calm and
relaxing homes. Each unit comprises of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner and lounge. Residents living in ground floor accommodation enjoy their own gardens.
