Senior Support Workers
Low Laithes Village residents all have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.
Starting Salary: Upto £15,221 pa depending upon qualifications and experience
Inc. 6 weeks paid holiday
You must have experience of providing support to individuals with mental health/learning disabilities. Ideally you will also have an NVQ in Health and Social care.
As a Senior Support Worker you will plan and assist with everyday activities, giving our residents help and support to make choices and learn new skills.
