Speech & Language Therapist
The Hesley Group provides care, education and vocational services for children and adults, all of whom have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.

Due to the ongoing development of the Speech & Language Therapy Service we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist looking for a new challenge with scope to develop and support functional communication across our children and adult services in residential and educational settings.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes Clinical Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts helping the Group realise its aspirations in becoming a ‘Thought Leader’ in this specialist area of care.
As a small team, the Speech & Language Therapy Service is currently made up of Therapists and Communication Co-ordinators - all committed to CPD, Clinical Supervision and peer support.
