Day Team Managers

Low Laithes Village residents all have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.

Starting Salary: £22,042 pa • Ref. LL/10/TM/10
39 hours/wk working a rota and include 6 weeks’ paid holiday.

It is important that you have a proven record of managing and supervising a team with differing skills. You will also be proactive in ensuring that quality care is available to all our residents and you’ll have patience, energy and the ability to implement fun activities relevant to the needs of our young people.

You will hold NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
