2nd Chef/Sous Chef

Salary Range: £18,102 - £20,481 dependent upon qualifications and experience
40 hours per week
Including 30 days paid holiday

The Hesley Group provides care, education and vocational services for children and adults, all of whom have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.We are looking for 2nd Chef/Sous Chef to be based at Hesley Village.

Duties will include menu planning, staff training and preparation of meals in line with all our Residents’ requirements. You will be a professional chef with a strong customer focus and a passion to create the very best nutritionally sound and appealing dishes for our residents.

You must have previous experience of managing and leading a catering team and an appropriate qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or above.
