Senior Support Workers

Starting Salary: £14,486 - £17,218 pa depending upon qualifications and experience • 39 hours p/w, working a rota
Incl. 6 weeks’ paid holiday

Low Laithes Village residents all have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.

You must have experience in providing support to individuals with learning difficulties, ideally matched with an NVQ in Health and Social Care. As a Senior Support Worker you will plan and assist with everyday activities, giving our residents help and support to make choices and learn new skills.
