Assistant Team Manager

Low Laithes Village residents all have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.

Starting Salary: £17,218 - £19,008 pa depending upon qualifications and experience
39 hours/wk • Incl. 6 wks’ paid holiday

You will assist a Team Manager with the supervision, development and motivation of a staff team. You will have working knowledge of people who experience difficulty and you will hold an NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care.
