Senior Support Workers

Low Laithes Village residents all have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.

Starting Salary: £14,486 - £17,218 pa depending upon qualifications and experience
39 hours p/w, working a rota (late, early, late, early – two days off)
Inc. 6 weeks paid holiday

You will be experienced in providing physical and emotional care and support to individuals who experience difficulty, ideally matched with an NVQ in Health and Social Care. As a Senior Support Worker you will plan and assist with everyday activities, giving our residents help and support to make choices, learn new skills and achieve their full potential.
