Team Manager

Wilsic Hall School students all have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, mainly arising from autism.

Salary Range: £20,981 - £24936 pa dependent upon qualifications and experience

39 Hours per week Inc 6 weeks paid holiday

It is important that you have a proven record of managing and supervising a team with differing skills. You will also be proactive in ensuring that quality care is available to all students and you will have patience, energy and the ability to implement fun activities relevant to the needs of our young people.

You will have significant experience of leading a team and of working effectively with people who experience difficulties. You will be able to relate to staff in a supportive and motivational manner. As a minimum, you will hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.

The National Minimum Care Standards require that any holder of the this post be aged 21 or over.
