Quality Information Facilitator

The Hesley Group provides care, education and vocational services for children and adults, all of whom have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.

Salary Range: £19,495 - £21,318 pa dependent upon qualifications and experience
• 37.5 hours/wk • Incl. 6 weeks’ paid holiday

This post will play an important role in developing our capacity to provide effective person centred support for our students and residents. Researching, collecting, interpreting and presenting a variety of data, you will have working knowledge of research methodologies and an ability to analyse outcomes to help improve our service.

You will have knowledge and experience of learning disabilities, previous experience of information management and interpretation along with a degree in psychology at 2:1 or above (or equivalent).
