Team Manager

Salary Range: £20,981 - £24,936 pa dependent upon qualifications and experience
• 39 hours/wk • Incl. 6 weeks’ paid holiday

It is important that you have a proven record of managing and supervising a team with differing skills. You will also be proactive in ensuring that quality care is available to all students/residents and you’ll have patience, energy and the ability to implement fun activities relevant to the needs of our young people.

You will have significant experience of leading a team and of working effectively with people who experience difficulties. You’ll be able to relate to staff in a supportive and motivational manner. As a minimum, you will hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
