2nd Chef/Sous Chef

Salary Range: £18,102 - £20,481 dependent upon qualifications and experience
40 hours per week Including 30 days paid holiday

The Hesley Group provides care, education and vocational services for children and adults, all of whom have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising mainly from autism.

We are looking for two 2nd/Sous Chefs, one to be based at our establishment in Barnsley (Low Laithes) and the other to be based at our establishment in Doncaster (Hesley Village).

Both posts will involve a range of duties including menu planning, staff training and preparation of meals in line with all our residents' requirements. The post based at Barnsley will also require the provision of a bespoke service on a one-to-one basis for a specific resident.

You will be a professional chef with a strong customer focus and a passion to create the very best nutritionally sound and appealing dishes for our residents. You will have previous experience of managing and leading a catering team and an appropriate qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or above.
