Night Care Supervisors

Salary Range: £17,218 - £20,981 pa dependent on qualifications & experience
Incl. 6 wks’ paid holiday

Hesley Village residents all have complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, arising from autism.

As a Night Care Supervisor, you will assist the Deputy Care Manager in all aspects of team management.  You will have working knowledge of people who experience difficulty and will hold or currently be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Leadership and communication skills are vital to the role along with a team orientated attitude.

The National Minimum Standards for Care requires that any holder of this post must be aged 21 or over.
