Careers make a difference

This organisation is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

As a team, Hesley Group shares a real desire to set the highest standard in care, education and vocational opportunities for the people we provide support for. Hesley Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of residential care, vocation/education for people with complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties, primarily arising from autism.

For us to support the individuals we work with we need professional staff to be part of our dedicated team, enabling them to achieve a progressively independent lifestyle and reach their full potential. If you are a patient, caring and understanding individual, working with the Hesley Group will prove to be a fulfilling and rewarding career.

With the Group’s intensive, professional and continuous training programmes, you will be fully equipped to excel in your role whilst working with us. We offer many opportunities for you to gain further qualifications by attending additional training in areas of personal interest in order to fulfil your professional development.
