Above all it calls for a safe environment in which individually tailored care, education, encouragement and positive therapies can help each person to develop a range of skills and maximise their potential.

These are the principles on which the Hesley Group was founded in 1975. They are deeply rooted in our culture and will always remain at the heart of the service we provide. The way in which we work, allied to continued investment in our facilities and staff have led to sustained growth and a reputation for outstanding quality. Hesley Group is dedicated to supporting people with autism, complex needs, challenging behaviours and severe learning difficulties.
